Al Lee is a Partner with TM Financial Forensics LLC, a subsidiary of HKA.  At the predecessor firm, Mr. Lee was a Vice President and was also previously a Director at Navigant Consulting and a Vice President at Tucker Alan Inc.  Mr. Lee has over 30 years of experience providing consulting and testimony services to clients regarding financial, accounting and economic damages issues.

Mr. Lee has prepared and analyzed claims for lost profits, increased costs, unjust enrichment and reasonable royalties, on a variety of disputes resulting from breach of contract, business interruption, patent infringement and other allegations.  His professional work has included analyzing the financial condition and financial performance of businesses through review of financial statements, public disclosures, accounting information, operational reports, and other business records.  He has consulted to clients on issues involving cost accounting, cost estimating, defective pricing, false claims and regulatory compliance and has also investigated liability and damages issues on matters involving allegations of fraud.  In addition, Mr. Lee has analyzed economic damages issues on numerous class action lawsuits involving employment, labor, shareholder and other disputes.

Mr. Lee has provided oral and written testimony in State Court, Federal Court and arbitration matters.  Mr. Lee’s testimony has included issues regarding lost profits, loss of business value, and economic damages in a variety of industries and business disputes.  Mr. Lee’s testimony has also included issues involving potential fraud, potential false claims and damages resulting from such allegations.
