Alex Menenberg is a Partner with TM Financial Forensics LLC, a subsidiary of HKA, and was a Vice President with the predecessor firm. Mr. Menenberg has consulted on a variety of financial, economic, and accounting related issues arising out of business disputes and civil litigation including claims for lost profits, intellectual property infringement, increased costs, and theft of trade secrets. Mr. Menenberg also has experience performing funds tracing analyses and analyses related to financial fraud allegations. He has broad experience working with large datasets and is adept at designing, constructing and analyzing large databases to use with complex and dynamic financial models. Mr. Menenberg has consulted for corporations in a wide range of industries including entertainment, financial institutions and services, insurance, consumer electronics, energy, and construction.
Mr. Menenberg serves on the Board of Directors of Bet Tzedek Legal Services, including as Co-Chair of the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council.
