Colin Choi is a Partner with TM Financial Forensics LLC, a subsidiary of HKA and has over seventeen years of experience consulting to a variety of clients on financial, accounting and damages matters.  Colin was a Vice President at the predecessor firm and was also a Manager at Navigant Consulting, Inc.
 
Mr. Choi has developed and critiqued claims for lost profits, unjust enrichment and other remedies arising from contract breaches, antitrust violations and intellectual property infringement.  He has also studied numerous accounting, economic and contractual issues in connection with “profit participation” matters.
 
Mr. Choi’s experience has covered many industries, including entertainment, toys, financial services, oil and gas, transportation, semiconductors, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals.
