Nicole Drescher is a Partner with TM Financial Forensics LLC, a subsidiary of HKA, and was a Vice President with the predecessor firm.  Ms. Drescher's practice focuses on economic damages, forensic accounting and business valuation matters.  Ms. Drescher has consulted on numerous projects involving claims for lost profits, loss of value and increased costs.  She has studied economic damages issues in a variety of business disputes.  She has also performed funds tracing and other forensic analyses, including the investigation and analysis of fraud allegations.  She has extensive consulting experience analyzing financial, accounting and other business records; studying companies’ financial and operational condition; and developing complex, dynamic financial models.

Ms. Drescher has assisted clients in many different industries, including asset management, brokerage, energy, entertainment, financial services, telecommunications and electric utilities.
