Q:		What would I do?
A:		Associates perform a wide range of functions which may include but are not limited to:   Creating financial, accounting, economic and statistical analyses. Providing detailed fact-finding and research. Organizing and managing data. Developing and documenting detailed computer models. Reviewing and auditing work product to assure quality. Assisting with the preparation and review of damages claims, expert reports and exhibits. Presenting results both verbally and in writing. Accommodating client deadlines. Traveling and working additional hours as needed.
Q:		What skill set do I need to work at TMF?
A:		The skillset we are looking for include:   Bachelor’s degree in the areas of:  Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant coursework. G.P.A.: 3.5 or greater. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL or other database management software a plus.

Q:		Are you looking for experienced employees or graduating seniors?
A:		Our main focus of recruiting is on graduating seniors for fulltime Associate positions and students between their Junior and Senior year for Intern positions.  We are always looking for qualified candidates to join our team.  If you are more experienced or cannot participate in our on-campus recruiting process, please submit your application through the Join Us page.
Q:		If I submit my application through your website, do I also have to submit through the campus recruiting system?
A:		Yes.  Applications must be submitted through the school systems to be considered for those schools for which we participate in on-campus recruiting.

A:		Typically our interview process consists of two rounds: on-campus and in-house interviews

A:		Yes, we typically hire Interns each year.

A:		Yes, our Interns are paid on an hourly basis.
Q:		Do you hire Interns year round or only in the summer?
A:		We typically hire Interns during the summer between their Junior and Senior year in college.
Q:		If I’m not selected for an Internship, can I apply for a full-time position?
A:		Yes, we have a limited number of spots for Interns during the summer. If you are not selected for an Internship, we strongly encourage you to apply for a full-time position in the Fall.

Q:		Am I required to be a U.S. Citizen?
A:		No.  The Company does not discriminate on the basis of an applicant’s citizenship.  However, the Company does not sponsor Visa or Green Card Applications. The Company participates in E-Verify to determine whether job applicants are eligible to work in the United States.
Q:		If I have a student visa, can I apply as Intern?
A:		The intent of our Intern program is to hopefully hire our interns as regular full-time employees upon graduation, of course dependent on the individual’s qualifications and performance as an intern.  As stated previously, the Company does not sponsor Visa or Green Card Applications.  Therefore, TMF will not hire anyone as an intern who is not eligible to work for us for at least two years post-graduation without Visa or Green Card sponsorship.
