Sean Gard is a Director in the San Francisco Office of TM Financial Forensics, LLC, where he provides analyses regarding claims for economic damages in a variety of business disputes as well as general business and litigation consulting.  Mr. Gard’s experience includes matters involving: Intellectual property disputes, including allegations of patent, copyright and trademark infringement; Labor employment disputes, including breach of employment agreements; and Anti-trust and unfair competition claims.  He has determined, analyzed and critiqued claims for reasonable royalties, lost profits and unjust enrichment.

Mr. Gard has assisted clients in matters from a variety of industries including enterprise software, consumer electronics, telecommunications devices, consumer goods, entertainment, and professional sports leagues.  He has consulted on litigation matters venued in state court and federal court.
