Julie Knox is a Vice President at TM
Financial Forensics, LLC, where she provides analyses regarding claims for
financial damages in a variety of business disputes, as well as general
business and litigation consulting.
Prior to joining TM Financial Forensics, Julie was a Director in the
Disputes and Investigations practice of Navigant Consulting, Inc. where she
performed similar work.
Ms. Knox has 20 years of experience
in providing a variety of financial and accounting analyses for business
disputes and litigation, as well as consulting and auditing services.
She has analyzed and critiqued claims for
lost profits, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties and restitution resulting
from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, anti-trust, unfair
competition, intellectual property infringement, trade secret misappropriation,
and other allegations. Ms. Knox has
performed forensic accounting analyses, funds tracing and financial reporting
analyses on behalf of companies, Board of Directors and special
committees. She has also consulted on
financial reporting matters and business operations, and has conducted
financial statement audits of companies and government agencies.
Ms. Knox has consulted on litigation matters
venued in state court, federal court, arbitration and before the International
Trade Commission. She has testified in
cases before the California Superior Court, and U.S. and international
arbitrations. Ms. Knox has also
presented to various university groups and law firms addressing financial and
accounting issues, intellectual property damages and ITC section 337
investigations.
