Cheryl A. LeeVan is the Treasurer and a founding member of TM Financial
Forensics, LLC. Previously, she was a
Managing Director at Navigant Consulting and Vice President at Tucker Alan Inc.
Ms. LeeVan has over 30 years of experience in matters related to
commercial damages, construction and government contract projects, fraud
investigations and accounting reviews.
Her industry expertise includes: Aerospace and Avionics; Communication; Construction; Engines and Propulsion Systems; Energy; Environmental Services; Financial Services; Healthcare; Information Technology; Insurance; Manufacturing; Mutual Funds; Professional Services; Risk Advisory and Investment Services; Satellites and Rockets; Shipbuilding; Telecommunications and Cable; Waste Management / Recycling, as examples.
Ms. LeeVan has consulted on contract administration, change order
pricing, termination claims, false claims and allowable cost issues in a
variety of disputes. Ms. LeeVan has
analyzed damages in hundreds of commercial contract disputes. She has provided accounting and financial
consulting such as reviews of fraud allegations and SEC investigations on
behalf of company management, committees of the board of directors and
individuals.
Ms. LeeVan has testified in federal and state court matters as well as
international arbitration and American Arbitration Association matters. She has
presented to universities, companies, outside counsel and industry groups such
as the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, The George Washington
University School of Business, and the American Bar Association.
