Brian Badala is a Director in the San Francisco office at TM Financial Forensics, LLC, where he has seven years of experience in intellectual property, commercial damages, valuation and forensic accounting matters.  He has analyzed claims relating to lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment arising from intellectual property infringement, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation and construction delays.  Mr. Badala also has experience in analyzing large complex data sets as well as building dynamic financial models.
