Mr. Tucker has more than 30 years experience addressing economic, accounting and damages issues in disputes and general business consulting matters. He has prepared and critiqued hundreds of damages claims for lost profits, increased costs, business and asset value, and reasonable royalty. Mr. Tucker’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies to government contractors to regulated entities involved in complex disputes and litigation.
Mr. Tucker has provided expert testimony in deposition, trial or arbitration in approximately 200 cases in various State and Federal Courts, in the United States Court of Federal Claims, in State and Federal administrative proceedings, in the United States Bankruptcy Court, before FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) proceedings, before the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) and in Arbitration in the United States, Australia, France, South Africa, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Maryland. He is Certified in Financial Forensics (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants - AICPA) and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA). Mr. Tucker regularly lectures on these topics to companies, outside counsel, industry groups and at universities.
