Mike Gittings is a Director in the Northern California office of TM Financial Forensics, LLC.  Formerly an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting and a Senior Manager with the Barrington Consulting Group.  

Mr. Gittings has over eighteen years of experience consulting with public and private owners, developers, contractors, and insurance carriers on matters involving economic damages, financial and accounting analysis and special-purpose audits.  Mr. Gittings has analyzed numerous claims for delay and disruption, contract termination, constructive changes and differing site conditions on a variety of construction projects.  He has performed several interim and close-out contract audits to determine reasonableness and contractual compliance of contractor billings, proposed labor rates and contract change order pricing.  Mr. Gittings has also assisted clients with prudence reviews, business interruption claims and professional and product liability matters. 

Mr. Gittings has participated in mediations and settlement negotiations and has assisted on other aspects of litigation including document productions, depositions and interrogatories.
